Accounting
We will help you will all areas in the ongoing accounting, we work digitally. As the accounting is handled online and digitally the work will be carried out efficiently and with high quality so that you as a business owner can focus on other things, and always have access to up-to-date accounting and reports. Of course, we will make sure that VAT- and employer’s contributions returns are submitted in time and handled according to the regulations.
Annual accounts and Annual return
Appropriations, depreciations and tax calculations are things we know, and you get a full review of your financial year and result. Of course, we can also help you with this even if you do the accounting yourself. Then we will prepare the annual report and handles all official matters and make sure the annual report is submitted in time to the Swedish Companies Registrations Office. At this time, we will also prepare the Corporate Income Tax return for the company that will be submitted to the Swedish tax Agency.
Advisory and business development
Budgets, business and financial rations, profitability calculations. Higher salary or dividend payout? Or perhaps company structuring, mergers, succession planning and generation change, divestment or liquidation. No questions are too small or dumb and we are happy to assist with any thoughts or obstacles that can come up. We as your accounting that handles the company’s accounting have a good insight and understanding of your company and can contribute with a range of advice on how to improve and make it more efficient. We work with a fixed fee arrangement in order to make the billing as easy as possible and so you know what to expect, but we can also have a time spent fee arrangement if that is preferred.
